Sky Landing Groundbreaking Ceremony

Today Tsukasa had the honor of being a part of the groundbreaking ceremony in Jackson Park for Yoko Ono’s first permanent public art piece Sky Landing in the US. Ms. Ono was also in attendance at the event and spoke about her enthusiasm for the longstanding positive relationship between Japan and the city of Chicago. Tsukasa performed in conjunction with The Miyumi Project as the opening for this event, of which Ms. Ono later told our director she had enjoyed very much. The installation is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2016.

Thank you for inviting us to be a part of this wonderful occasion and we look forward to next summer!
